GuyTelefunken
First of all, there is no orange oil light. The light you are referring to is the low coolant light. Your friend needs to R.T.F.M.

mehullica
There is an orange color light for low oil level warning. Red is for oil pressure. the orange light is next to the CHECK ENGINE light.
GuyTelefunken
I stand corrected, yet again. Perhaps I should read the manual. Provided that the correct amount of oil was added (5.7 quarts with a new filter) that light should not come on. I would suspect the oil level sender.
