Odds are they probably won't have the parts you need on hand, but they will be able to order them. Expect to pay a few bucks per screw, bolt, etc.. though.

If they aren't visable once the car is back together, just go the hardware store like branshew said. A dremel comes in handy to shorten screws that you find but are too long.

pins and screws are not made specifically for your model, i bet all toyota and lexus models use a lot of parts in common. so you shoudl be able to go to the either toyota or lexus parts department and get whatever you need when it comes to mechanical parts. the only part from my experience that had to be ordered from the main quarters was the interior carpet oh and the screw that holds the dead pedal in my civic was also not available and it took em 2 days to get it for me. your screw and pin can be found in thousands of other locations in your car.
