$100 for the tire shipping is whatever it costs with who ever you want to ship it with.

If you have a friend in windsor get it shipped to their house and pick it up to save some tax on the US end but it would only be about $10 but there are other options to save.

btw there is no right and left side , the installer just has to mount it properly for direction.
