The thorttle position sensor 2 voltage is pegged at 5.1V?

I have know idea what that means. But I would like to, and how do you fix it?

Well after checking things out... the throttle blade IS opening 100%.. but the throttle position sensor is only reporting 81%.

so, i went to the track and managed a 15.19@93.3 mph bone stock.. stock everything...

i would have wanted a 14.8@95 as the ratings put them... but.. it was a 76F weather.... and a bit humid... even then.... nice and im happy... i was expecting a 15.4.
