Installing Heated Seats?

Has anyone ever installed heated seats in a GS 400? I have a 1998 without the heated seat option. How difficult is it and where would one get the parts needed?

I read on the board somewhere that the seats may already have the heating element, but just need to be hooked up. Is this true?

I don't see why they would give you something for free. You could buy one of those cheap ones that you sit on and plugs into the lighter and pray you don't get electrocuted. Or do it the right way and remove the leather seat cover and install the heating pad from leatherseats.com or a junkyard. <_<
