How Can I Remove The Stereo And Put In A New One?

Hello!! my stereo, '92 ES 300 isn't working, so bought a new one, now i'm faced with the dilemma of how to remove the old one, and put in the new one, both original lexus stereos, i thought instructions would have come with the stereo, but no, they decide not to send em <_< ? go figure, i would appreciate any help any one can send over my way, thank you much.
