Discovered the dash rattling problem a couple of months after the purchase...took it in to have them fix it....problem came back about a month later...took it in again....dash do no rattling any more...but the driver side AC vent developed a constant rattling/clicking sound when driving over bumpy roads...took it in again....a week later...the ratting/clicking sound came back...Called the dealership and they said they'll have the service department give me a call back....still waiting for the call.....this is REALLY REALLY annoying...anyone know what I could do with this situation? Could I ask the dealer for a new car? I mean, after paying $43000 on a car, this kind of stuff shouldn't happen...especially with a lexus..... Please comment.
