anyone else having this problem? and is there a fix out there for this? its getting really annoying.

I have a 2004 RX330, and the feel of the leather seats compared to all the other lexus models...I feel the leather seats in my 04 RX330 is alot stiffer and rougher than the other model's....my aunt has a 04 ES and my friend has a 05 LX, the leather in those two cars are soft and smooth.....anyone questioning the same?

I have a 04 RX330, with about 11000 miles on it. Discovered the dash rattling problem a couple of months after the purchase...took it in to have them fix it....problem came back about a month later...took it in again....dash do no rattling any more...but the driver side AC vent developed a constant rattling/clicking sound when driving over bumpy roads...took it in again....a week later...the ratting/clicking sound came back...Called the dealership and they said they'll have the service department give me a call back....still waiting for the call.....this is REALLY REALLY annoying...anyone know what I could do with this situation? Could I ask the dealer for a new car? I mean, after paying $43000 on a car, this kind of stuff shouldn't happen...especially with a lexus..... Please comment.
