Radio In Op

While I have seen the posts on the viewing issue for the radio I could not locate one similar to the latest issue I have with my LS. Radio numbers, tuner, cd, tape etc. appear to work fine, but no sound through speakers. Fuse under dash not blown but fuse under hood is. As soon as I put a new fuse in it blows, so I know there is a short somewhere. I was hoping someone may have encountered this and could at least point me to a good starting point. thanks for any help.

no one can help you have to find the short
