Simple
2001 gs 300 Has anyone ever had this issue before? How do i fix it? could it be the sensors on the dash or something else?
GuyTelefunken
Check the ambient air temperature sensor, plug (for corrosion), and/or wiring harness. It's behind the front bumper. Ambient_Air_Temperature_Sensor.pdf
Simple
I was also told to remove the fuse that controls that unit and replace it. Anyone know where to find that fuse?

Anyone know where to find that fuse? ← That's not what guy said! Why would a fuse have anything to do with it?? <_< Unless you're just resetting it? That still won't fix the problem, maybe only temporary.
GuyTelefunken
As opposed to hunting for the fuse, just disconnect the negative battery cable for 30 seconds or so. When you find that that has not done the trick, see my previous post.
