I requested an owners manual from Lexus.com for my 2002 GS300 I purchased used. It didn't come with a manual. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive it? It's been about 7 weeks already. I have been reading it online at the Lexus site, but it would be nice to have a hard copy for the vehicle.

Lexus.com is always having problems with there website. I ordered manuals for my cars and I still have not received a thing. I even called customer service and talked to a rep and still nothing after 3 months. :chairshot:

I think you can buy the OEM manuals on Ebay for less money and they usually ship in a few days. I'd contact Lexus and tell them if they can't ship them in a week you'll cancel your order and get them elsewhere.
