Speaker Upgrades/window Tinting

I want to tint my windows on my 01 gs300 but according to

it says the windows are tinted? Is that right? can they be tinted more? How does everyone think dark tints would look on a silver car?

Also, what size speakers fit in the 01 gs300 i want to upgrade them. How powerfull of speakers should i look for so I dont need an amp.

Would it be possible to have a mark levinson installed at the lexus dealer? how good are they?

I always always always recommend tint. Tint is wonderful. First of all its a huge privacy boost, because its harder to see you in the car. Plus its cooler, protects the interior, and protects you from all that unnecessary sunlight. My car has dark tint, its white, I think it looks great personally. The previous owner (mom) had the max legal tint installed.

Can't help you much with Mark Levinson. My car has the ML sound system, I think it sounds really, really good. Thing is there is a center speaker that goes in the dash, Im not sure if non-ML cars have that, might be a problem, also there are speakers by the windsheild and other places. Someone else will know.

I'm with JeffR and ALWAYS recommend tint to anyone. Not only does it make the car look 10 times better but the privacy you get is even better...

i personally have limo tint on the back 3 windows and one shade lighter on the front two.

and you can also layer the tint, altough i dont know if thats good but it gets the job done....
