Need Top Notch Advice

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and currently own a Toyota solara. www.solaraguy.org

Anyway, I am looking at a 2001 GS300 with 24K miles. Heres what I need advice on before buying

1. Overall performance and reliability (especially tranny)

2. I need site links for aftermarket mods. Are some better than others?

3. What gen is the 2001?

4. What do you suggest being the first couple mods? exhaust, lowering, and wheels is first on my list...

5. What lug pattern do they have

6. gas milage!!!

7. I saw they make a nice set of headers and Y pipe...any suggestions on where to buy.

8. Also do they make a $reasonable$ poly body kit as opposed to fiberglass

all you have to do is go in the gs forum and do a search on all of these questions and more than likely you will get all the answers. dont give up so quick

i just got an 01 gs300 with 30kmiles on it

so far its been great, its 2nd gen

gets about 21mpg
