Rx300 Coolant Flush

I have read many posts on flushing Lexus cars cooling systems, but not the RX300.

What is the usual method of flushing on the RX.

Where are the drain bolts on the block?

How do you get to them or is this a dealer issue or should I just drain and fill.?

It should be pretty much the same as the ES 300 I would think as both have the same basic mechanicals. Try a search for that. B)
