Is The Air Conditioner A Common Problem With The L

Hi,

Can anybody help? I got this car almost free, a 1991 Lexus LS400

the motor is rebuilt. It drives really nice the motor is smooth,

I love the look of it but, the air is not working.

The car was in a shop for almost 3 years. The past owner never picked it up

after the motor was replaced.

1.The air conditioner blows but the air blowing out is not cold at all.

Is the air conditioner a common problem with the LS400?

2.I would like to replace the seats the leather is cracking on the front passenger

seat I guess because it sat for so long.

Where can I find a good place to replace the seat?

A/C's more a common problem on cars that are old than on the Lexus specifically.

Probably all the refrigerant has evaporated from it sitting for so long.
