Couple of questions. any help would be appreciated. 2000 Lexus ES300 left fender dented and left signal light broken.

1. Wondering if there is a web site or other place where I could buy the left signal light

2. Do I need to replace the fender to pass inspection. I am more than happy with the dent as long as I do not need to spend the money

3. Any other suggestion re repair/replacement - i am using car as a commute car and want to spend bare minimum to pass inspection

Thanks again

at www.newlexusparts.com you can get the left signal light and also can try on e-bay if you want it cheaper. Also could try junkyards though I rarely see lexuses there, I think junkyards sell more expensive cars to dealers etc who can part it out and make money.

You'd have to check with NJDOT to be sure but I dont see how a dented fender being a cosmetic blemish could make it fail inspection, the light probably would.

A non functioning light should fail every check in the US.

Call TAP. Good reputation, Toyota brand specific, lots of hard to find stuff. (Normally tons of ES's to pull parts from).
