Personally, I've switched to Amsoil since the warranty ran out. If you are under warranty, go to Toyota service shop and get the T-IV. If not check out amsoil.com I have it for all the fluids and very happy so far.

You live in an area with over 50 Toyota dealers and virtually every one carries Toyota Type T-IV fluid in 1 quart bottles in the Parts. Dept. Since the RX is mechanically identical to a Toyota Highlander, you can also buy filters, spark plugs, etc from Toyota dealers and save 50% over what a Lexus Dealer would charge.
