simonsays Posted July 14, 2005 Share Posted July 14, 2005 hi fellow lexus owners. i've been looking for a lexus sc300 for quite a while now. i'm looking for the 5 speed models, but its really hard to find them for sale around the southern cali area. anyway, since i couldnt find that much 5 speeds for sale, i was wondering if i can just buy an auto and swap the transmission. how much work do i have to do to swap the transmissions? and would it affect any electrical parts on the car? and where can i find the whole 5 speed swap part set? how much do they usually go for? thank you for your time.
