Got a 2001 RX300, no HID :( Left side's low beam is higher than right side(opposite of factory settings) Never been in accident or anything, so i assume it just went out of aim throughout the years. I only see one screw on top of the high beam housing and no other screws. It does not give suggestion of which direction actually lowers the beam and also whether or not it's only for high beam.
