Ahh the nasty check engine/trac light. Facing it right now with my LS.

What year is your LS?

Code 25, is referring to air-fuel ratio running lean.

It could be anything. It's possible that one or more O2 sensors needs to be replaced.

Do you have an exhaust leak anywhere?

One easy thing to check for that can cause that code is for tears in the bellows of the mass airflow sensor that connects to the throttle body air intake. A tear in the bellows will let in air that has bypassed the mass airflow sensor and result in a lean mixture.

Look through the yellow pages for a Toyota Specialty shop in the Hickville area. Ask them to troubleshoot. You can also ask JPI for his opinion on what it could be.
