If your phone has the latest firmware (within 30 days) and you use it in your cellport, your phone will have some parameters changed, permently. Verizon replaced 2 phones for me until Cellport admitted they changed settings that were to be reset if you cycle the phone off-on. But they claim no responsibility for the new firmware. Yet they still have this pocket adapter for sale. Once your phone has been used with the cellport, the speakerphone feature will not work properly, what happens is the party you are calling heres a very bad echo, that can't be fixed. My Lawyer advises me to sue both the dealer and cellport.
