Tach Needle Out Of Position

Recommended Posts

Just picked up a 92 LS, and the tach seems to work, but is a couple thousand RPM to low (like the clock position of the needle is off by 60 deg.)

Do the needles clock positions just slip if you hold back on the movement shaft (toyta supras do) and adjust the needle position.

Shows about 1500rpm at WOT just before shifting.

thanks

Ben
