I Have A Question On Removing Passenger Door Trim

I have a question on removing Passenger Door Trim on a 1996 ES300.

How do I remove the door trim to get access to the door lock switch. A passenger was locking the door by pushing on this switch and it somehow popped back inside and I cant get it to come back up.
