Technical Difficulty Or Time For Upgrade

I noticed on this website, server runs slow, it's just me or it's time to upgrade our server.

I haven't noticed any drag on the LOC server at all. Maybe it's your ISP. What type of service do you have? Dial-up, cable, DSL?

recently I have noticed it happening on Saturday nights around 10pm my time. I have already posed this question to administration. A while back it used to happen on Friday nights and it was due to some subprograms running at a specified time. This would cause the server to slow up. I think the time was moved and thus Friday nights were no longer a problem.

I wonder if this is a similar situation.

I'n running into the same problem as well on Saturdays nights about 8:00 pm my time.
