Waxing Bumper?

Recommended Posts

I'm planning on waxing my RX soon, but i was wondering if it is safe to wax the bumper and the bottom of the door panels. The door panels and the bumper is a different colour...(grey with black body) and I believe the bumpers and the panels are plastic. Is it not safe to wax plastic??

Also do I have to get a circular buffer? or can i just use my hand and buff the wax?

If the bumpers have paint on them, yes its safe to wax. If they are molded color with no paint, I would use Vinyl rubber protector(Autoglym, 303,are two I use)

Yes you can apply wax by hand.

Although a PC 7424 will make life easier.
