nycgs300
Does anyone know if the factory amp is pushing all the cabin speakers including the sub or just pushing the sub only? Basically, I just wants to upgrade the factory sub and the factory amp and keep the head unit and cabin speakers. Now if I do that I have to disconnect the factory amp to replace it with the after market one. If I disconnect the amp, what will be pushing the cabin speakers? Head unit? All I really want to do is upgrade the factory sub and amp to something else with more bass and keep the head unit and all the cabin speakers. And I also want to know if whether I need a Hi/Low converter to get the juice from the speaker wire that runs to the sub in the back or it is the factory head unit(pioneer) have a RCA(out) so that I dont need t get the juice from the speaker wire? Thank you to you all. P.S. I have a 2000 gs300 if you're just wondering
TurboGS300
The OEM amp pushes everything. So you'll need a 5 channel amp or 4 channel and a mono block or stereo amp bridged. You'll need converters if the amp doesn't have them built in. Search!!! Lots of info <_<
