amf1932 Posted June 24, 2003 Posted June 24, 2003 Does anybody know whether it's OK to leave the Navigation LCD Display on for long periods of time, like driving for hours? There is a button on the touch display to turn it off even though you still get the voice prompts when the destination has been set. This is on an '03 ES300.

But anyways, I think it's ok to leave your screen on, because as long as your car's moving, and the screen's changing, the danger of having the screen burn out with that display still on it is minimal... although I don't even know if there is any such danger in those displays.
