Center Airbag Assembly Sensor 92 Es 300

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to change the Central Assembly Airbag Sensor..?

I know where it is and know how to get to it..but it looks like it has double Security. The front bolts come out real easy..however, the rear bolts look like they are sodered down. and even if you could get to them..it also looks like you'd have to cut a notch in the molded carpet. Don't want to do that.
