Heater Issue With 93 Es300

I have 93 ES300, with 133K, very clean in and out. My heater was working last year but this year i turned the heater on and there's no heat. It blowing normal cold air. The engine temp is acurate. I know for sure that i need to charge my AC which I am aware of it. other than that no problems that i know of. Coolant was changed 3 months ago. What might be the cause? Please help me out here or supply with parts number if possible. Please help me out here. response is highly appreciated.

it may be the valve located on the firewall halfway down on the passanger side

it has a steel cable and a 1 inch hose coming from the engine and the otehr end after the control valve going in the fire wall to the heater core

try doing the diagnostics i posted in the general maintance section.
