When signing the papers the salesman used a pen to scribble some numbers, then told me how much to make the check out for. I caught it the next day; the dealer did not argue, but seemed cavalier about the whole thing; I got my $1000 back a week later after repeated calls to the dealer. I can't complain too much; I have purchased or leased 7 cars from this dealer; and the service department forgave a $700 dent on a loaner. leot Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
