94 Ls400 Fuse Box

Hi, I love this site! I have a 94 LS400, my wife dropped a penny in the cigarette lighter socket. Now neither the front or the rear lighter work. I am trying to find the fuse box, the owner's manual says its in the driver's side access panel (of course its not exactly clear where that is). I need some clearification, is it under the dash, inside the left kick panel?

hmm if it is anything like my 94 es it should be under the dash you may have to remove a small panel i think first

man it has been so long since something broke that i have had to look there

Thanks, I will look around for a panel. The car has 94K miles, this is the first time I have had a need to locate it.

I found it behind a panel, and to the left of the steering column.
