I live in the Bay Area and have a place at Lake Tahoe. California requires that I keep and use chains during bad (unpredictable) weather. I have the Lexus factory standard wheels with regular (non-run-flat) tires. Does anyone have any experience and/or advice with snow chains which they could share? Also, what is the 'best' type of chain to purchase?

Thanks!

I think I would buy a second car. There is no way I would try to drive my SC in snow. I don't even like to drive it in the rain.
