rmiley Posted November 23, 2004 Posted November 23, 2004 Had code read at Advance before was p0135 02 sensor bank one sensor one changed thatand was ok for a week. Today light came on I went to Advance got it read P0402 excessive egr gas. What do I need to do about this one?
92Lex Posted November 23, 2004 Posted November 23, 2004 I agree, it's (most likely) because there is carbon build up in the EGR. It could also be lack of vacuum or differential pressure sensor is faulty, but it's most likely carbon fouled.
