rsell Posted November 8 Posted November 8 I can set the position and direction on the Nav and it will work for maybe an hour or 2 and then it goes crazy. We were recently heading south to Florida from up north and the Nav had us traveling due north to Kentucky, and then a little later it had us going west in Illinois. I have reset, repositioned, and also removed the battery cable to reset the complete system to no avail. I have had this system showing us traveling thru the Gulf of Mexico heading to Mexico and we were in Colorado? Any advice would be appreciated. Rob

Rob Quote Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue: Check for Software Updates: Make sure your navigation system has the latest software updates. Sometimes, glitches can be fixed with an update. Hard Reboot: Disconnect the negative terminal of the vehicle's 12-volt battery for about 30 seconds, then reconnect it. This can sometimes reset the system and clear any glitches. Visit a Lexus Dealer: If the problem persists, it might be best to take your car to a Lexus-certified dealer. They can perform a more thorough reset and check for any underlying issues. Contact Lexus Support: Reach out to Lexus customer support for guidance. They might have specific troubleshooting steps or updates for your model. It seems like a common issue with Lexus navigation systems, so don't worry, you're not alone
