Is ZF 8 speed transmission swap into IS200T possible?

I have a 2016 Lexus IS200T F-Sport. My brother has an Alfa Romeo Guilia and I know they come with a ZF 8 speed transmission which is known to shift quick and smooth. I’m wondering if it’s possible to do a transmission swap, get a tune for the transmission and increase hp as close to 300 as possible and how that would translate to a 0-60 and quarter mile times. I also don’t know what the 8 speed we have is capable of or which transmission is quicker.

I have a Supra with a ZF 8 transmission, and it is among the fastest-shifting transmissions I have ever experienced. However, I have a feeling that the effort and expense to swap may not be worth having done.

In the Supra world, there are shops that "upgrade" the ZF 8. It is used in many models of BMW and other auto manufacturer's vehicles. Have you looked into shops that do the same with your transmission? How about the ISF or IS500 transmission? Would either fit?
