The lid was up to such a degree that I could see into Thanks to all for looking the trunk, saw nothing and got back into the car. That action made me forget about the open trunk circuit. Went out this morning and pressed the li down and..... I started to open my '02s top and as it started I thought there might be something left in the trunk so I stopped and checked the trunk. I got back in and... nothing= no up, no down.The deck lid was as far as it opened. After posting I saw(on google) comments about a memory sea switch being involved.
