98 Gs Jerks While Accelerating

while im driving, sometimes when i press on the gas, the car jerks forward. and no, im not going down a hill...i know about that spec already. any ideas....its usually at low speeds..like 30-40mph..thx guys

I had the problem when I wasn't using the premium gasoline.

well it hasnt done it since i changed timing belt and serpentine belt with spark plugs.

I also use to use cheap gas. I pump nothin but premium now.
