Howard207 Posted March 29 Share Posted March 29 I have a 22 Rx 350 F Sport. I had my oil changed a few weeks ago and have been having a problem with my compass since then. When I’m driving on a highway and pass an exit the right side of the screen does the exit list as usual but after you pass the exit instead of going back to the full radio screen the compass comes up. I can close the compass but every time I pass an exit I have to do it again. I called my dealership and took it there but they don’t know what’s wrong with it. They want me to make an appointment and bring it back in, I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue surely it’s something simple. Thank you! What are they intending to do differently? You may want to call the Lexus customer service number: Phone: You can call Lexus Customer Service at 1 (800) 255-39871.
