2012 RX350 Timing Chain

Just checking to see if we need to replace the timing chain at some point. We have just shy of 200k and there are no issues but I also have a 2006 SC430 that requires the timing belt be changed every 90k. I know chains are totally different but want to play it ssafe. Thanks for any guidance.
