Trunk Won't Open after battery replaced

So I'm having a problem with my trunk not opening on a 2015 IS350. Cars been sitting for 2 years so of course battery had to be replaced. Everything seems to be fine except I can't open trunk with key fob, button on trunk lid or the trunk release from drivers seat. Any ideas?
