Ignition Replacement '02 SC430

Hey all. I believe I have lost my keys and may need to replace the ignition on my '02 SC430. Has anyone had any experience with this? When I do an online search, I get everything for $100 to $1695 for the replacement ignition. If anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated!

Normally when someone loses his or her keys, that person calls an auto locksmith. The cost to fix varies depending on if only a key is required or a key and key fob. Perhaps you can call a few to compare.

Thanks for the advice. I wasn't sure if there was a microchip that assigned an individual key to and individual lock cylinder or anything like that. I'll make some calls.

I reached out to the place that sold me the car and they recommended a locksmith they use. He provided same day service, cut 4 keys for me, and programmed them All in for $160. Thanks for the help!
