Loud Sound From Vents When Heat Or A/c Is On......

so there is a really loud noise when i turn on the fan and i'm thinking it's just the blower motor. i had this problem on my camaro b4 and it wasn't hard to fix at all. i'm wondering if that sounds like it again. if so what am i looking at to change it or how much for them to do it? thanks everyone.

search on "blower motor" and open the search to all forums and make sure it goes back 365 days. I do remember several posts about the very same.

can someone tell me where the blower motor is cuz i did the search and actually found info but not on ES 300. can i access it from under the dash by taking a piece off. Or does it require to take apart the glovebox. thanks as always.
