Is there a list anywhere of independent garages in the UK who specialise in Lexus?

We can't see to the other side of the pond, of course, ☺️

 

But the obvious strategy is to find an indie with a LOT of Toyota and Lexus in the service lot. (Google Maps pictures, etc)  Then Look at the reviews of that establishment, to make a final determination.
