Tire pressure sensor batteries

Was told that it costs $89 per tire plus labor to replace the battery operated tire pressure sensors for our 2014 Lexus ES300 h. Good grief. Is there a less pricey option?

Yes, I just replaced all 5 TPMS on my LS https://www.ebay.com/usr/buyworthing Great seller. Labor was $18.00 per tire for install and programming.
