Racing Seats

If I install some racing seats in my 2001 IS 300 will i lose the power and heated seats?

Racing seats do not recline

sport seats do recline but if you want power ones then you will be shelling out thousands on a set of recaros with power and heat ,unless you get a set from lets say an acura rsx with heat and power and a good amount of lumbar or s2000 seats
