95 Es300 Rear Speaker...

Hey guys I have a 95 ES300 with 112000 miles. The rear driver side speaker does not work. I took the car to an audio shop. The guy tried a brand new speaker, that did not work either.

Does anyone know what can be wrong and how it can be fixed. All help will be greatly appeciate.

It could be a broken wire inside the harness that goes to your door speaker, or at worst a dead channel in the amplifier.

Is there a way to check this by myself, or do I have to take it to a dealer.

I checked the fader controls and only 1 speaker does not work. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
