B) Does anyone know, what are the code requirements for Southern California for tinting your front windows?

I got pulled over by LAPD in Century City for supposedly having illegal front window tint. I have researched the web and can not find any information on the code infraction the offer is refereeing to. If any one has any idea on what I can do, that would be much appreciated.

No tint on front windows at all. So if you had tint in front, technically you broke the law.
