Your 2007 ES350 has two Air Mix motors that control the AC/heating from side to side . You have one for the LH side and one for the RH side mounted on the sides of the AC/Heater housing and if you have lost temp control on the passenger side then in most cases that usually means the Air mix motor has failed. See its location in the link below. These motors can be accessed from under the dash and through the glove box on the RH side .
