my chrome on my rear wheels is like peeling off slowely, how much would it take to fix it and would i have to take off the tire of n e thing like that?

to replace chrome ur gonna have to re dip it. Find a factory that does it. unless get urself some krylon spray paint and touch it up but that is the cheap and sloppy and temprorary way.
