The Montgomery County Libraries ususally have it. I made a copy at the Bethesda Branch Library. In general, dealer service scores a lot lower than independent garages. I really don't know why. If you have a warranty issue, then you may be stuck. An independent repair is Dodson's Service (now a Shell, was Texaco) on 355 just north of L. of Rockville.
